How about the music of Cowboy Bebop. Youtube it people. That show had like a hundred songs, all of them good.

Some notable ones are the Rugby team episode & whenever Kaname gets kidnapped again...this being Fumoffu, Sagara goes the extra mile and knowing him, well.........

She did the ghost in the shell music too, look it up.

Cowboy Bebop was largely responsible for my interest in Jazz, and is indirectly responsible for letting me play the half-time show at the Orange Bowl, and going to New York. Heck, if I trace the butterfly effect out, watching Cowboy Bebop is the reason I took an interest in musical theater, started writing, and met some of the people who most sharply defined me through my adolescence.

Holy crap... Cowboy Bebop essentially made me who I am today.

And there's pretty much no explanation for Aizen's power.  He never even needed to bother with the Arancarr, he probably didn't need to bother with the Hogyoku.  It's like the story spun out of the author's control, and now he's given Aizen full reign to bring it to an end.  And Ichigo keeps standing there going "duuuuuurrrrr..."

Aizen needed time to unlock the full power of the hogyoku, and he also needed some cannon fodder to distract Old Man Genocide.
He probably also built up the Arrancar to deal with any unforseen problems.
Ichigo isn't doing anything because he is scared shitless of this guy soloing the Gotei 13.

That is why I often avoid ongoing series.

After watching some animes I have to say it really does help to see several episodes in a row. (Watching the last 10 episodes of Fullmoon in a row for example)
