What was the context when Shinji said "People die when they are killed"?

It's been a while since I watched Fate Stay / Night or wherever the slash went, but I think it was incredulity at surviving a should-have-been-lethal injury.

Of course, Twin is neither man nor woman but an unholy eldritch abomination like every other Bay12er. The difference is they hide it better.

He didn't. That was Shirou in FSN

Right, yeah, that's the guy I was talking about, I just forgot his name. He was a very forgettable person.

Ahem, Fate!Shirou is terrible, Miyuverse!Shirou is the Shirou we deserve, but both pale next to Iskandar and Saber.

I love JoJo so much. David Productions are doing it justice and I'm happy that they're not going to stop at Part 4 and keep going through them, season after season.

Aldnoah.zero would have been orders of magnitude better if they had A: not had a record overstock of asspulls and B: Not made the second part into Inexplicably-Immortal Mary Sue VS The Total Physical Impossibility Brigade.

Heiterverzweiflung. Not a legit German word so much as something a friend and I made up in German class once. "Carefree despair". When life is so fucked that you can't stop laughing.

There was only one good thing about A.Z and it was the meme.

I liked the first season of it. Not so much the second.

Holy cow...

Watching God Eater (the anime) first... was a really bad idea.

Because honestly the differences between the anime and the game are like night and freeken day!.. For one the Anime is serious.

While the games... are very jokey, very jovial, and while it is the post apoc it never really attempts to hit that aspect home.

Yeah the God Eater anime was really strange in how different from the games it was. It's a major reason why I didn't watch past the first few episodes.

Can someone tell me about the God Eater anime? From the title it sounds interesting and I give no craps about its game.

That's the weird crappy CGI thing right? I think I was trying to watch Soul Eater or something to see the EXX CALI BUR thing and thought that was it. It was...weird crappy CGI and nothing made any sense.
