... y'know, there is an LN/WN or something series titled "level 999 villager". If you wanted to see the conceit sorta' in action. S'alright as its sort of stories go.

... in complete honesty, I can't recall watching a single episode of anime in... months.* It's all been LNs and stuff, and occasionally catching up with The Gamer. Though I kinda' want to re-read that one with the T-Rex detective and the skullman. Totes forgot the name, unfortunately, and I'm pretty sure it was... substantially NSFW.

Bucketload of those things I've every intention of keeping an eye on, though. Pretty sure there's dozens I've caught up to the limits of translation on, this year, and are totally willing to read more. Really need to get around to figuring out how to RSS stuff on my tablet >_>

*E: Except that fanservice analysis one, now that I remember. Eh.

My favorite one this season...I THINK it was this season? BFEL doesn't know what the proper seasonings for animu are.

But yeah, my favorite this season was My Hero Academia.

Gotta say I'm not really enjoying Mob that much.
It's another great anti-Shonen in the absence of OPM, but that's all I really get out of it.

My faves this season are weirdly going to be either Orange or Sweetness & Lightning.
The first because it's a slice of life which has enough of a special hook to keep me interested, but all of the friends conversations sound closer to real than I've ever heard from anime.
The second is cute and has cooking. It's like a great palate cleanser after watching the epic ham of Shokugeki no Soma.

Maybe I am just getting tired of ham. Which might be why others watch it at all.
