Oh yeah, pick any fight from the Read Or Die OVA. Basically guaranteed to be unbelievably awesome.

Vash Vs. Legato Bluesummers

Spike Vs Vicious

I don't give a lot of credit to Naruto, for good reason, but it had some good fights. Gaara vs Rock Lee springs to mind.

Same thing for Bleach, it had its good moments despite how much people rightfully tear into it, including myself. Ichigo's fight where gets his bankai against Captain Byakuya was really memorable.

And of course, nobody will ever forget Takamura Vs Bear.

I'll just leave these here.

I've probably seen maybe a third of the shows on these lists and can agree with what's written. They've also introduced me to a bunch of stuff that's going straight into my backlog.

Maybe for Kindaichi World's worst detective... I should skip the old series and instead watch the new series and keep my old system to tally how many times he basically gets someone killed.

I mean, basically, you can just pick any of them, I love Murata for picking up the project of turning it into a manga and translating it so well, ONE for writing it, and I love that they threw money at animation teams to get shit pimped out for the show.

Now, less of a "fight" fight, but the Rebuild Ramiel is a favorite, and stars in my second favorite AMV. The first being one for Samurai Jack set to Courage by Manowar which got yanked off youtube at some point and I've never been able to find again.

For raw animation and awesomeness Saitama vs. Boros really takes the cake, but for context and surrounding story i have to say the whole greed vs father fight sequence from FMAB is just way better, or maybe mustang vs envy but calling that a fight is a stretch.
