I finally got around to watching KLK episode 12.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Hmm. I don't recognize all those names immediately. Obviously I need to marathon the whole series again to refresh my memory.

On a completely different but still related to Japan note, I found a vocaloid that seems centered around rock/metal music. Yeeeeeeeeeesssssss. Meet Gumi. I think I may like this more than instrumental rock or metal. Because I don't speak a lick of Japanese, the vocals just blend into the music.

Turns out you can seriously not notice how deep into this shit you went until you get out.

That's one of the big advantages to listening to music with vocals in languages you don't know, yes.

There's a handful of genres it actually tends to massively improve, imo. Rap and various sorts of gospel, ferex.

Ironically, Gumi is most well-known for being the meek, demure, and sensitive vocaloid of the group; she's most well-known for her songs about unrequited love and mourning over personal loss.

Naturally, the fans like to flip that attitude on it's head at every opportunity.

Build Fighters Try episode 2 was great! I can 't wait to see that Victory Gundam decked out in Impulse Gundam equipment from the opening in action. It looks glorious.

Kitbashiiiiiing.

Kitba shiing, too.

E: And can I just say that the music/sound direction for Build Fighters -- including what we've seen of try so far -- is pretty damn good? It's pretty damn good.

One thing I hate about Anime Watchers... The missunderstand things to the point of labeling characters incorrectly...

I am currently watching a series called "Web Ghosts PiPoPa", I linked it a while ago for the crunchyroll. Anyway there are two characters, the main and his best friend. People keep labeling them as Gay because of how they appear on screen, blushing every now and then and other things. But the fact is that they are just Best Friends who are almost brothers in friendship. But no one gets it and the comments of each episode where they are both included is filled with the stupid labeling...

Honey, there is zero misunderstanding going on there. What you're seeing is the infinite power of shipping, particularly of the "yaoi fangirl" (and I guess fanboys, too) variety. They know, but they don't care.

E: Actually watching ep 2 of try. That little redheaded bastard stole the old man's kick! It's obviously weaker, because scrub is scrub, but still! The disrespect!

I... actually hadn't heard that before. Frumple likes.

Now if only the official way to get it wasn't apparently iTunes, because even though I wouldn't mind dropping the critter that made that song a buck, there's no way in hell I'm shitting up my computer with that monstrosity.

It's a fairly clean uninstall, from my recollection. And once you have it on your mp3 player, there's a way to crack the file [encryption/invisibility/whatever that Apple uses to fuck users over] to access the song file, at which point you're home free after you remove iTunes and use something like CopyTrans to manage your music for free and without all the spying and bloat.

It was a goddamn nightmare the last time I had to deal with ripping it out of a computer. Maybe it's not as bad nowadays, but... no.

Maybe they have a physical mailing address I can snail mail a dollar bill to?
E: Ah, donate button. That'll do.

Could possibly do something like download it from a public computer onto a throwaway 1GB flash drive (or spirits save you, burn it onto a CD). Shouldn't get any tendrils into your PC if you do it that way, and with the latter you get the satisfaction of using the fucker as a frisbee like those old AOL discs that used to come in the mail.
