Pizza Hut? That was in Code Geass as well.
Yeah, C.C. had a habit of eating pizza; initially, it was also to buy a stuffed animal with the Pizza Points system, charging them on LeLouch's card, but then became a habit.

Would that be product placement or just weirdness?

Both, as fate would have it.

Detective Conan.

Can't stop reading from the beginning.

Man, I can't tell you how many hundreds of episodes of DC I've watched. Have you gotten to Ai Haibara yet? Things take a wild turn for the better once she starts making appearances.

Kaito Kid is my favorite character, and it saddens me that he only makes an appearance once in a blue moon.

Man, that was such a sweet show. Hei is like the asian Batman on crack.

Electric Asian Batman on Crack. I just watched Darker than Black recently too. Pretty damn entertaining, I'll give it that. I'll be honest though, I'm not 100% sure what the deal was with that last episode.

I watched Now and Then, Here and There after someone mentioned it earlier. Closest I've ever come to baww'ing over a movie.

I just finished watching that, too. It didn't really affect me much -- I think the problem was that I watched it expecting something depressing. I figure I'll show it to a friend and not tell him what it's about — I did that with Bokurano and he hated me for days.

Anyone have other suggestions for depressing/twisted/'dark' anime?

Funny, some people call me "L" due to behavior (they also do that because it's a lot easier to say than my real name).
