Watch it more and you will see its not really abuse, if your thinking about the right show.

Also look a bit into japanese culture and lore. You will see a pattern in the animes that you watch.

There's an unusually large number of 20+ year olds at my college that are into Naruto.

I don't talk to them, just eavesdrop, and they're really into it.

It's at this point that I have an overwhelming urge to jump into the conversation and show them the error of their ways, but I think that'd be rude.

My subconscious keeps me from doing stupid stuff, so I already know.

I like Naruto!

It's only really those creepy fans that give the show a bad reputation.
Those fans that should realize it's not about ninja combat and xtreme battles, but about a lonely boy that suffered much. It's about the boy that wants to change his life. Don't ask me how and why I understand Naruto and his sublimal messages.

Just understand one thing.

It's not about ninja's that kill each other.

Now that we understand eachother we can focus on more pervy anime mkay?

I've been watching Baccano! oddly enough.
Pretty freakin' sweet.  On episode 6.

Pros -
Funny and dramatic man.  Especially that couple Issac and Miria.
Takes place in the 1930's.
Non-linear plot line, jumps between 1930, 1931, and 1932 so far.
Ladd Russo is crazy awesome, in an evil way.

Cons -
Only 16 episodes, I'm pretty sure it originated as a manga though.


Oh, and that part when the three different parties burst into the main train place and tell them to do three different things, classic!

I just watched Escaflowne (EDIT: the movie) for the first time, and it was pretty awesome...

but...

Maybe I wasn't paying close enough attention, but what the hell?

S&W is an awesome show. It's a pretty smart show to watch through.

It's not all action, ecchi, or drama-centered like several others. Plus, Horo freaking rocks. She's pretty much on the top of the list of my favorite anime/manga women.

Has anyone checked out the Rebuild of Evangelion movies?
