Since I'm caught up in Akagi and Kaiji I started reading Legend of the Strongest Man Kurosawa.  I've read the first three volumes tonight.  It's only 11 volumes and actually complete so that's nice.

It's kind of depressing.

I finished Zan Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei with Josh now.  All that's left are the two last OVAs.  I didn't care for SZS as much at first but now I've really started to enjoy it.  I'm definitely checking the manga out.  Chiri is great.  Rin is great.  Nozomu is great.  Kudo is great.  Etc.  The drawing songs are great.  The many many OPs and EDs are usually great.

Anyway, I'm gonna have to recommend Dangan Ronpa again, the obscure murder mystery game for the PSP.  I can't actually play it myself but orenronen from SomethingAwful is actually translating the game as he plays through it.  I'm only on Chapter 1 and it's been a lot of fun so far.

Current with Umi no Misaki. I think this is how harem series should be. It avoids a lot of the Tenchi Muyo issues and the Love Hina issues. It can be pretty sappy at times, pretty comedic/silly, but IMO it's a worthwhile read. NSFW though, for some reason the girls think a lot while taking a shower or bath, and the later chapters start getting explicit without really showing anything. Anything that really does happen is done so respectfully.

Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.

First episode? "Ok, this looks like it should be cute, good for some laughs."
Next 2-3 episodes? "What the...? Really? She's actually >spoiler<?!!? And >spoiler<?!?"

Just finished the OVA (Disappearance); possibly the best movie I've ever watched...

I really like Haruhi, both the books and the anime, but the movie just..didn't do it for me. I don't know, just that one plotline that it focused on bored me for some reason.
