I feel bad. I never download manga or anime.

That just makes you a good person. What are you waiting for? Get to it!
Alright, I'll get to it.

I bow down to masters. Nice collection there! My anime folder is now just 45GB large and manga folder only 6GB :). But I delete stuff that I have watched/read all the time because my HDD is only 250GB big. That means I have only things I haven't watched/read yet.

I see you have default non-Unicode support for Japanese there with ¥ symbol for \. I use AppLocale for that. I use the program all the time because I need non-Unicode support for Slovak as default.

Yeah I'm kind of lame.  The first thing I did with my new laptop was set it to Japanese locale.  :P

So I started up Legendary Gambler Tetsuya. Surprise surprise, another Mahjon anime. This main character though, isn't touted to be superhumanly talented like Akagi, or immensely over the top like Koizumi, or completely badass like Kaiji. He's talented, yes, but starting out he's still young and naive and getting his ass kicked.

It's turning out to be interesting from the two eps I've watched. I wish I could wrap my head about the rules of Mahjong though. I can't even imagine how watching Hikari No Go would turn out.

I second this, I looked up mahjong and it still seemed confusing.

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

Mmm, I know that feeling. But for me it's just that I don't care that much about their "sport" at all to bother learning any further.

Restarted reading Ghost Hunt again cuz' I've forgotten where I was all that time since it had ended some time now...it's still an interesting read even if I've already seen the anime adaptation if my goosebumps were to be the asked.

Which reminded me of the horror manga IBITSU. Damn thing is sooo messed up...which then reminded me of the mystery horror manga DOUBT/ Rabbit Doubt (The kind that Toony has been getting knee deep into too much some time ago...stuff that gets people have bloody horrible deaths).

Oh, and I use ACDSee Pro for my Manga reading, quick image editing needs (Not needing to extract compressed images is always a plus).

So Mahou Sensei Negima is will end at chapter 355, huh? Well, at least now we know how immortal Negi has become, I guess.

The first chapter in book 10 of Haruhi was awesome.
(I didn't want to look into the folder to find it in fear of spoilers so the quality is reduced.

Doubt was so silly!  I didn't like it at all.

just finished the first episode,  it's funny / made me laugh.  It reminds me of Elfen Lied in a way.  All though I should be working on programming stuffs right now.  Since I've gotten netflix I've been watching more tv than I normally do. (practically nonstop)

Chobits = Elfen Lied?

I mean, yeah, Chi has a passing resemblance to a diclonius, but other than that I can't see any similarities.

I was honestly surprised to hear that comparison though!

In both a guy *finds* a girl, that can only say 1 word, then that word is given as the girls name.
In both the girl doesn't know society norms, such as changing in front of the person they just met.
the girl in both is the cute know nothing type character.
In both they try to teach them how to act / speak properly but they have trouble learning. etc.
of course in Elfen Lied Nyuu has brain damage and acts like an infant, while in Chobits Chi is a robot without any software.
but other than that, they are very similar.
and I didn't even think of the resemblance of the metal horn things on her head and the diclonius horns,
