+- Keys

Just a general question. Im trying preparing for a first journey but I cant seem to sell any of my items or add skills to my drawves. I press the + or - keys but nothing happens... Any help with this?

Are you using the +- keys on the numpad?  Those are the ones that work.

If you are on a laptop you can change the keybindings from the Esc key menu.

Or press Numlock; then the ; and / keys (which should have - and + printed on them) will act as - and +. Same goes for P and 0 as * and /.
