As it currently stands, when selecting your embark items, you can only add or subtract one at a time. this is unnecessarily time consuming when you intend to bring 100 or more of a single cheap item, like booze or food.

So I suggest that since the - and + keys are used to add and subtract items, the / and * keys be used in conjunction to be able to add or subtract 10's of an item.

Yes please.  The SECONDSCROLL_PAGEUP/PAGEDOWN keys don't seem to do anything on that screen anyway.

use AHK ( http://www.autohotkey.com/ ) and bind alt+ to 10 + presses.

Also works well to bind CTRL ENTER (or another key if you prefer) to 100 enter presses for selecting 100 obsidian blocks while paving. (Before I discovered shift enter would do the same thing.)
