it was(is?) an old board game for two players, created by the guy who went on to work on elder scrolls 3&4. It was distributed with "white dwarf" magazine in the US. A secret organization of noble seal clubbers defended(or not) the free world from satanic seals.

The heroes included: truncheon blessing padres, deadly lassie and his beachball, chuck with his kung-fu moves, rambo and his favourite m16, al gore and his family as the heart of free world.
Oh, and let's not forget the US submarine laded with soliders surfacing in the middle of Oval Room.

come to think of it, those seal puppies were very much like kittens in df. They tried to distract you by looking cute, before biting on your legs and throats(somewhat more drastic than simply crippling your fps)
