Trust me, guys; teleporting him out is a great idea. Even if something goes wrong and Penguin dies, you know what?

He can become some sort of phantom with an intimate connection to the forces of death, and he'll kill stuff with A SPECTRAL SPIRIT SWOOORDD or something like that.

Can I get the -1 penalty waived for being able to know exactly where Penguin is due to his telepathic signature?
