Don't draw neo until he turns into a fire-and-thunder-breathing ice dragon that melts itself onto enemies with fire and then electrocutes them with thunder breath once they're wet.

Normal build. Black hair. Make sure to get the transparent kilt part. I'm wearing a chainmail suit that without greaves. Which means the only thing I'm wearing on my legs is my kilt.

Don't forget I also have the power to mandate stuff.

I guess you could do my character, though I am pretty much an ethereal floating spirit with 1 regular arm, 1 arm made of ice with a cannon extending from the elbow and I am carrying a flaming sword made of frozen blood and frozen methane. I also am wearing translucent icy armor. I am assuming that I no longer have legs and merely float on a tail of cloudy air like djinn as well. IRL I am relatively short, have brown hair and a wiry build.

actually neo I thought of you as actually having ghostly legs.

Also no changing of earlier posts at this time I already started rolls and I don't wanna start over (on that note cheetar good rolls, inaluct + penguin well ....)
