Asheron, the point of the game for the players is figure out the rules and play. The spectators are usually there to say when a move is legal or not, in this case move is legal. You lose a turn when your move is illegal, unless it is illegal because it puts your King (Shogun in this case) under threat, in which case you get to guess again.
Let's have the spectators (who know all possible moves) say it thus:
