I will propose a Proposition first.

I Propose that future Propositions will have to be proposed in this format:

I Propose that rule (number) named (name of the rule) will be judged upon by my fellow players.
(Rule)
(subsets if there are any)
I hope that the members of the greatest nomic game which was started by DF Newb will take my Proposition into consideration.

I propose that:

• Proposition numbering will be assigned by the Judge (103.C) between phases I and II as per Rule 104.A, and (s)he posts a summary of the numbered propositions between those phases for easy voting. This means that Rule 102.C.III is strictly useable by the Judge only.
• A. This rule supercedes the requirement for a new rule-number in any proposition format for propositions only. Modifications or transmutations of existing rules do need their already existing reference number.
• B. Players should not be encumbered by finding out what the next free number is.

Sorry. I'll correct it right now. I thought a proposition was proposing a law. Proposing it to be voted on. Meh. I'll edit it now.
