How powerful do Megabeasts get if they can Learn?

As the topic asks... if I give megabeasts the ability to learn to they fare any better in world generation?

If they already learn I feel quite silly.

It'll improve their skills, certainyl, and probably give them some pretty high stats and skills. Probably, they'd be able to maul a champion or two easily enough.

Titans are the only megabeasts in default DF that have can_learn tags by default.

Yes, they do get slightly more powerful with those tags over world gen.

I'm not sure if it was the intended question, but does that extra power improve their survival rate?

stats help  during world-gen, but the benefit from can_learn is insignificant
for real effect, increase the size 10x-100x
