Heres mine.

This is about my expedition leader in a previous fort that is my favorite. The funny part is, its in the baron's (count's?) room  ;D

"The Garnish of Children"
It's an image of my mayor making a masterful meal. You'll never guess what the secret ingredient is.
Also "The Dead Match": An engraving of two sasquatches. I assume they are about to fight, but neither of them is going to win.

Mostly for the names, though I have no clue what the hell a "Two Opah" is, maybe the Dwarf is Italian?

How the hell is anyone supposed to top "the cult of boring"? It is just too perfect.

He really is a fair victim.

This is an opah. The dwarf is hugging TWO.

For that viciously bad pun, I'm gonna introduce a NPC named Vlynndar just so that I can kill him of in a cruel and unusual way.
Watermelons are pretty important.

this one is from a fort (sadly now destroyed) that was pretty amusing:

engraved on the wall is an image of a dwarf and a sasquatch. the sasquatch is laughing. the dwarf is confused.

I have no idea how the title of the engraving relates to the image:

In my previous fortress, the engraver knew the truth about cats:

ûbom Ushang, "The Meanness of Monsters"
Engraved on the wall is a finely-designed image of a cat by Nil Nishuvar.

I had a fort where the only things one engraver would make was the mayor surrounded by roaches (he was terrified of 'em) or a dwarf killing an elf from one particular battle.

Somehow, that fills me more with dread than anticipation.  It's like being told that someone's exhuming your favorite grandparent and they're going to try to make her into a cyborg stripper.
