As far as I can remember, I haven't gotten any cheese makers yet, and the elves have been a good source of wood that harpies consistently keep me from getting normally. The only noble I've gotten so far (dungeon master) has managed to do nothing annoying. Yet.

I am worried by this.

I use my dungeon master to craft barrels.

All the Dungeon Masters are shacked up at Duke's fortress, since he gives them free slaves and harems and all, and megaprojects. Duke, I'll give you five legendary hammerdwarves to take my count away.

You need to find some sort of hidden feature on your map first (e.g. hidden magma pipe,cave rivers or the like).

Theoretically, you could repopulate your fortress with goblins! Like how Toady said that goblins snatched enough kids to make a human dark fort. Awesome

Hmm... New idea I should've seen earlier. This work with others besides goblins? If I angered the other races enough to invade & captured them, could I have a multiracial fort?

Also, these new friendlies have problems eating, working, etc...?
