No.  Mice = [abjective] Rat is the same thing as saying Sheep = [abjective] Human.

Mice and rats CAN NOT BREED with one another, unlike breeds of dog (they're all canines) and some species of dragon (*cough*Naomi Novik's).

Ah, yes, in that case I agree, which is why I mentioned them as the NN dragons are listed "by breed" and I'd come to the conclusion that they were "like dogs" in that manner (though clearly more like humans with regards to "controlling ones self" past physical maturity--and we all know how much control THAT is ).

Well, if we are going to make juice, we're going to need some sort of squeezing device, perhaps similar to a winepress. Then, to make it suitably dwarvish, you should be able to put just about anything in there. THat way you could have kitten juice or elf juice!
