Ooh, that looks a lot like Pharaoh, if I remember anything right about it.

Not quite, I was actually going to upload pharaoh but decided against it. I have spent more time playing this game then any other game so I am very attached to it.

There was some kind of spinoff, I think called Cleopatra, but I don't know.

Yeah, it was called Cleopatra: Queen of the Nile.

It doesn't look like it though. No random fires and tantrum spirals to be seen on that screenshot.

No it isn't. I still remember that game, and the soldiers you had were a lot smaller. ( Dear god, I have too many old games ).

I know this one too, but I forgot the name... :/

I have plenty of old games too. I don't play these kind of games often though.

No but it is a Mesoamerican strategy game and it ends with the Spanish invading.

It was developed by a small Hungarian company.

Wait, I remember a rts game called just "America".
Is it that one?

Edit: Scrap that, "America" was made by a German company.

Nope. I have a feeling this is going to take a while. I just did a search and it turns out this game is not as well known as I thought. In fact it is almost unheard of. The wiki article is a stub, there are no faqs or walkthroughs at gamefaqs and the only thing on its page is a message board with one post in it. Another hint: It was published by ubisoft in 2000.

Home of the underdogs says only two games were published by ubisoft in 2000, Infestation and In Cold Blood, and none of them is an RTS. If HotU says it's so, it is so. :P

On the other hand, yea, it's Theocracy. Found it on old-games.ru :D

Finally a correct answer,

Home of the underdogs says only two games were published by ubisoft in 2000, Infestation and In Cold Blood, and none of them is an RTS. If HotU says it's so, it is so. :P

Well HotU is wrong: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Theocracy_(computer_game)
