Hmm... You see, if you execute me now rather than let the mafia kill me, you'll be at a loss. Let's  investigate two possibilities: 1)you execute me now 2)you let mafia kill me

1)You execute me now. At night, mafia kills one of the innocents. Total: you lose a doctor, you lose another innocent (maybe a useful one).

2)You let mafia kill me. You execute another person (with some chance that it's a mafiosi). Total: you lose a doctor, you lose another person - maybe a gangster, maybe not.

So, in both cases you lose a doctor, but in first case the second victim is 100% innocent, and in second case the second victim has some chance to be a mobster.

1. We let you live. You kill someone next night. We kill you.
We lose an innocent and kill a mafia.
2. We let you live, you survive the night, we kill you.
We lose two innocents.
3. We let you live, you die at night, we kill someone else.
We lose an innocent and possibly kill a mafia.
4. We kill you. Someone else dies next night. We kill someone else.
We lose two innocents, possibly more.
5. We kill you. We win.

I think the risk is worth it based on your behavior.
