307. Any Proposition with subsets are to be treated as a single Rule.
Technically, there is a diffrence between the rule and a proposition, because rules affect the game, and propositions are just rules that need to be voted on before becoming rules.
What happened, is that this proposition made the game faster, but opened a loophole, where a proposition would be treated as a single RULE, not a single PROPOSITION.
Because it was a rule, not a proposition, I decided to fix it by temporarily allowing myself unlimited instantly passes rules
This post gains unlimited allowed proposed rule potential.

Then, I reversed that after fixing the loophole.
The loophole problem is solved:
a: a proposition with subsets is treated as a single proposition, not a single rule.
I made sure I left a proposition to be voted on.
b: my prior, strikethroughed, roposition is voted on as usual.
Then I finally canceled the previous rule that opened the loophole, to make things fair again, without affecting the action of sealing the loophole.
c: the prior proposition-loophole-rule is reverted(non-retroactively)
So, that leaves my proposition for this turn to have been
