I don't think it's really possible to force people to do anything. If you change it to just "Rule 310 is annulled" I will vote for it.

I believe this is a good way to clear out any old player information... It's annoying to have to update things for players who aren't even here anymore.

Very good solution to a problem that hasn't even surfaced yet! I changed the original wording in my post for section A... It's a little more clear and consistent. If you adopt it, you're sure to get my vote.

That actually makes a lot of sense. I was trying to figure out why an extra 4 hours would matter. I thought maybe you decided that's about the average length between updates...

Although that's probably somewhere around 3 months after that last lag. lol
