302 - No I'm sorry, but though losing is fun when you bring it on yourself, it's no fun when other people decide you lose.
303 - Yes Well, it's mine.  Did you really expect me to vote otherwise?
304 - Yes I see no reason why not.  Makes it more formal and seemingly sophisticated.
305 - Yes Though I'm hesitant on this one, as it somewhat defeats the purpose of immutable rules.
306 - Yes 0 * 3 = 0, so we're not really changing anything.
307 - Yes I will be proposing some common sense amendments later on this, though.

Well, regarding 305: The point of an immutable rule in most Nomics is it's harder (but not a pain in the ass) to transmute, and it takes priority over any mutable rules. New rules are mutable. So, yeah. Also, an immutable rules should have to be transmuted before being altered, but, well.... that's for the next prop round.
