I was  a witness if i recall correctly... But I'd prefer to be a juror.

How about one person plays all the witnesses?
SombreChapeau said he wanted to be on trial for not giving Toady money, or something, so there could really only be two witnesses, one of whom is not going to be participating (let's face it).

That might be a bad idea for a case.
