When the witnesses/plaintiff/defendant say "Okay, we're ready." At that point, attorneys should be contacted by witnesses so the lawyers can work out what they'll say, and then we start.

The prosecutor will explain their argument first, then the defendant. And then we'll go back and forth with witnesses and stuff like that.

Okay, I'll go with multiple personality judge. Also, Alexhans, I put you down as a witness. As a witness, an attorney says "You, come here. Yeah. You." and then you get to tell the court what you saw, or heard, or something.

Also, witnesses can be police, but that has to get worked out by whoever's doing the case.
