Shouldn't this be in the Curses subforum, where LCS is usually discussed?

Mind... bending... failure of name to register... does not compute...

I keep looking at that and my brain is pretty sure it says Richard Stallman, but my eyes don't agree.

Well it sort of does say Richard Stallman*, but to my knowledge RL Stallman doesn't own a katana.

*which is enough for it to be a character for LCS. also, in the source he does appear as Stallman... but there are Microsoft ninjas, and a katana.

If the updates are worth reading, you might be the first of many community crime squads.

Count me in.  His name is Robert Paulson.

Yeah, except 'Dwarf' is just a word meaning 'Dwarf Fortress community'.

And so, we randomly press buttons to generate our stats.

Let us go forth to stop Conservative evil!

...But where?

The Police Station is the place we'll go if we ever need to bust out some of our buddies. It's full of conservatives, a bad place to go right now.

The Court House is the same, we'll go there as a last chance attempt to steal back our liberal comrades.

The Stations both have places we can broadcast a liberal message on, but until we have a bit more defense that's a bad, bad idea because you will be ambushed by many security guards.

Apartments are good for lootin' shit and they're abundant. You can also buy an apartment as a safe house. Sleeper (I'll explain this later) landlords may get you free apartments.

The Department store is the place to go for random clothes that aren't of much use.

The Gentleman's Club and the Latte Stand can be used for recruiting, although the University section has more liberals.

The hospital and clinic are both places we can go to fix up our poor wounded comrades. I think the hospital costs money but makes you heal faster.

Genetics and cosmetics are both places we can go to burn and pillage. We can let mutated animals out of cages in genetics, but they're sometimes conservative animals that will fairly own you and also alert everyone to your presence.

The Oubliette is the place for cheap costumes. You might need these later.

The vegan co-op and the juice bar are places for recruitment. I think these might not have police officers, too, so you can cause some random trouble in there.

The Internet Cafe is the same and definitely doesn't have any police officers, although sometimes they wait for you outside.

Everything that says <Safe> is a place we can camp out. We can cycle inbetween these to avoid 'heat', which is basically just how likely the police are to storm that area. They follow a 'trail' of heat. You don't collect heat, safe houses do, which means moving between them a lot makes you virtually uncatchable. The Homeless Shelter has free food, I believe.

Those refineries and factories are protest places we can go, like genetics and cosmetics.

Cash & Loans is a trinket shop. We can sell any loot we get there, any uniforms we make, any guns we find. We can also buy weapons there.

Garment Makers is a very cheap and easy recruitment place. You can get up to five sweatshop workers there, but they're illegal immigrants and will gather you heat. These guys can't do anything for you unless you buy clothes for them (yes. They're naked.) which is where the Oubliette comes in handy.

Crack Houses are liberal hangouts. They house gang members, which are kind of like military guys. We can put them into a separate squad later if you like.

Or, instead of recruitment or anything we can dick around the base.

If you assign sweatshop workers to anything money-related they generally forget about it and start doing things like 'finding' money and being prostitutes. They're damn good at clothing-making, though, which can bring easy money. You can also surf the net for opinion polls, which makes it easier to recruit people because you know what's on their mind.

Also, you can steal cars. It's hard and you're likely to die. You need a high INT for stealing.

These are the issues. Pretty self-explanatory. Through unknown means we will get everything to green. Abortion is already liberal.

Also, we need a properly epic slogan.
