It says on civilizations that theres four goblins left. ruler, leader/spearmaster, high priest and recruit.
There two kobold swordmasters, a ruler and mayor for dwarves I know of.
dose that mean thats all of them?
was there a megabeast attack there?
Do I just not know the population of the areas?
(haven't gotten seiged or migrants lately)

Those are goblin leaders, fortress chieftains. They are all super-legendary. If you're lucky, they might turn up to the sieges and you can kill them.

The ruler's not a goblin btw.

What are the requirements for a seige?
Is therea  % per moth to get one and I have just been (un)lucky?
