You last longer then but are not immune to the effects. Tough does not do much on malnutrition.

Cabinets, you say? Well, there is clearly only one possible action for anyone to take in my situation. I politely move past Banzayatc and begin opening the cabinets, searching for treasure, rations, and anything that could be used as a weapon.

Assuming Akroma fails, I'll try and stop her from getting whipped.
If she succeeds, I'll take his whip!

Rolls here, enjoy!

Turn 2:

Akroma: l You get the attention of the torturer and try to use a phycological attack on him by asking him if he is ever troubled by his past victims. l He pauses from whipping anybody and looks up at the roof. You hear him chuckling, as if he is remembering a fond memory.

Nurir Torir/Banzayatc: l You both enter the storeroom and between you open 4 cabinets. You find the following: l A stash of weapons which include 4 one handed swords, 2 one handed axes, a two handed axe, a one handed mace and a warhammer (2 handed) (all with sheaths/weapon loops made from steel and leather), l 6 utility belts made of tough thick leather (belts with 6 small pouches and space for scabbards/weapon loops), a coil of rope about 10 meters long as well as 3 daggers in sheaths, l Nothing in the third cabinet and l the last cabinet is chock full of jars and bottles of various substances. Nice find and there is two cabinets left unopened as well as the boxes that are around the room.

Webadict: l While the torturer is distracted, you rush in with the element of suprise and tackle him, propeling him into a nearby table! l Hitting the edge with his upper back, l SNAPPING HIS SPINE! l The torturer is paralyzed from the nipplies down. He is having trouble breathing. You pick up his whip for yourself.

Pandarsenic: l Feeling a strange urge take over you, your hand suddenly glows with magic and you plunge it into the torturer's chest! You suck out what remains of his lifeforce and keep it for yourself! You withdraw your hand, l and suddenly know the basics of necromancy! This must be a part of your past that you just rediscovered! l The extra energy fades fast though and you feel back to normal.

Background: l The person who is on the rack stops making sounds from the sheer amazement and stares at everyone in amazement. Other than that, nothing happens. Perhaps you shsould help him out?

That was awesome. By the way, can we see the numbers on our rolls?

Anyway. I now attempt to revive the Torturer as my zombie slave.
e: Please, nobody blame me if this goes terribly wrong.

I prefer that I do l instead, but I can do numbers if the majority of players want that.

Well?

What is that anyway? Lowercase "L" or the Shift+\ thing? What does it mean? X_X

I pick up and equip one of the utility belts and two one-handed axes.

And I, too, prefer to see my rolls.

Its a lower case L that originally come from Sean's RTD (multiworld madness) that stands for a roll of the dice. Its a short version of things like (6) for a roll of 6, but it stands for all rolls and the number you got is described in the action that follows.

And unless you are proficient in fighting with two weapons at once, it would not be wise to do so. Friendly advice, as you may hit yourself or worse.

can we get numbers on how much water and how much food we have left ?

Also, I free the person on the torture rack, telling him that everything will be alright (hopefully training my psychology skill further)

Rope? This is turning out like a computer adventure game. I grab a mace, a dagger, a belt, and the rope. My fighting style will involve attacking/parrying with the mace, while parrying with the dagger.

I would also prefer to see the rolls. I keep hovering my mouse over every 'l' expecting to see numbers as in Sean's RTD.
