Finding a thief
« on: November 21, 2008, 02:25:42 am »

I'm interested in finding a thief that I could recruit or brainwash. It's just a matter of who.

From the LCS Wiki:
Professional Thief - founder is one if you pick option A on the last question, appears disguised as a Socialite, Clerk, Office Worker, Art Critic, or Music Critic when you encounter one in public, has Security, Stealth, Sleight of Hand, and Disguise skills

If you get them on a date or a recruit meeting, you should be able to see their true profession.

You can also recruit prisoners, some of which may be Professional Thiefs.

A slower way to find them that doesn't involve a lot of unneccessary recruiting is to go to a crack house or the police station and talk to everyone in sight who looks out of place.  This is a good way to find conservative thieves who can be converted pretty easily without using a recruiting spot.

Breaking out prisoners from either jail or prison works well too. Actually, we said a good number of suggestion in this thread too: http://www.bay12games.com/forum/index.php?topic=27187.0
