Timed patrols
« on: November 20, 2008, 09:26:51 pm »

There should be a way to set patrols as on duty to off duty after x amount of patrols, say i have two squads, one patrols, and after two circuits, they automatically go off duty, and the others go on duty.

This'd help with having a squad of champions and a sqad of rookies, without having multiple spinal wounds, and still able to have each sparring a little.

Well, i've been gone a while, so i'll have a longer bitch.

When an enemy dwarf gets caught in a cage trap, he doesn't appear in the animal hauling list, such as goblins.

enemy dwarves are taken to the graveyard stockpile and buried

fleeing dwarves should run towards the fortress, if possible.

Yeah, he's a banned spammer. Normally we'd delete this thread too, but people were having too much fun with it by the time we got here.

That requires the ability create freestanding patrol routes that aren't tied to any one squad, which is an idea that I fleshed out here: http://www.bay12games.com/forum/index.php?topic=26077.msg305183#msg305183
