well this is my first try at starting a succession so if anyone wants to take a turn give a yell, also roleplaying/writing a story for it isnt necessary but at the very least post at the end of your turn and report if anything happened that is worth reporting.

okay so the rules are as follows:one year is a turn so when spring comes around a turn is done, you must name a character after yourself either at the end of your turn or at the beginning.you must either send a message or post in the thread or you will be skipped,if you dont think you make your turn then inform everyone and i will move you down the ladder.

oh by the way how do i take screen shots?

the starting dwarves are as follows: two miners,a carpenter/mason,a farmer,a brewer/herbalist,a architect/bower,a metal smith.

i got 15 of all seeds and 200 logs, that is besides foodstuff.

also i generated this map on a vanilla DF file, that means no mods and no cheats, though i did change the init.

first turn:Flyingdwarf finished
second turn:Skid finished
third turn:Akhier the Dragon hearted finished
fourth turn:El Ruffianos skiped due to no response
fifth turn:mook finished
sixth turn:Balor Kartain finished
seventh:Flabort crashing on him
eighth:Yaddy1 wanted to be skipped
ninth:Mook finished
tenth:flyingdwarf pc died
eleventh:Akhier the Dragon hearted skipped
twelve:Mook finished
thirteen:Viprince skipped

I'll join.  The other games I'm in don't seem to be going anywhere.

I'll take a turn.

By the way, does the map have magma, HFS, or any other underground goodies?

no magma or runing water since it doesnt work so well with my system, but we have plenty of limestone and im sure there is some iron around, though since its not using anymods we dont have any interesting metals.

if it's not too late, i'd like to play as well. might be a bit slow taking my turn, but that's just due to the inevitable lag. vanilla? K, good.

Yes, I did, though you came inside and did other stuff often when there wasn't game around.  You're now extremely strong, very agile, tough, and an accomplished marksdwarf.
