Yes our title changed again, we are now a town. You know what that means, more immigrants. Not much new in our little part of the world. A caravan come and gone, our prison is now nicer than even my bedroom, as Greystripe decided to practice his art there. If nothing else it will ease the passing of time for the prisoners... unless he draws something that they don't like, then it just going to be even more cruel. For some reason that idea amuses me, perhaps Gaweir's attitude is rubbing off on me.

I honestly don't understand, Greystripe hates purring maggots, but he keeps engraving them.

Maybe he thinks if he engraves them enough everybody else will start to hate them to. Is purring maggots all hes engraving?

5 of the 80 engraved so far are. If the person imprisoned hates purring maggots they'll likely hit an infinite string of tantrums and ever-lengthening prison sentences.

About the pig iron items; I'm pretty sure you could just make a pig iron bar, and it would count.  Plus, then you can make more steel.

Lies... Blasphemy... If the mayor mandates pig iron items, she better be getting pig iron items. Not some cruddy old bar that no one would ever use. She needs something proper like a pig iron flute or a pig iron mini forge toy.
