In increased the number of goblins, and added everyone into the intial brawl.

Should be fun.    I'll post the results here shortly.

The first battle is over!!! 7 dwarves swarmed 9 goblins of assorted type, destroying them handilly!  Neo suffered an arm injury that looks nasty, but he should be good in a season or two.  (right lower arm)

I believe that there where some marksdwarves from my military in the crowd.... who saw the goblins and took a few shots at them.   The military is no longer allowed to watch matches in the colleseum.   There should have been 9 kills between the dwarves in the match.   and there isn't.  But oh well...


It as a slaughter...  2 goblins tried to run away from the advancing dwarves(a swordsgoblin and a macegoblin)  To no avail.   Jackrum got one, while the other was chased down by the pack (not sure who got the kill on that one)

Unfourtunatly...  the long hours of training have left our gladiators, not slick with blood, but with vomit instead.   About 90% of the arena seating, and 50% of the battlefloor, have now been colored green.

This should have been forseen.  It was not.   Curse you cave adaption!!!

A roof won't help.   It's still counted as outside.   I think...  could be wrong.

I plan on just having the gladators puke all over everything.   Since all the idlers are idling in the colleseum seats now, they'll eventually get over it.  Or it'll permanantly be green, one of the two.


Oh, and regular matches start now.   Pick your enemies and, as soon as I can wire their cages to levers and get your dwarf into the arena, I'll get things started.

if i had thieves i would make a room of cage traps and have people fight them. the first to knock out the other wins! this would allow for many fights if you let the thieves heal up after.

if you want to die in blaze of glory have him set it so you fight and every few moments another enemy is realesed till there is no more. you either die in glory or turn into the immortal fighter of the arena.

I haven't even set up the next match yet, and there was a season change.  Neo's back at 100%  (And being in my way.)

Also, our colleseum is now sparkling clean again!!! woot!!!

It won't last long.   (Also, I'm going to bed soon, so the matches will have to wait till the next time I get a chance to play)
