Fun fact:

You're playing the wrong game, friend.

I want one.  Train him with swimming, pump operating, and siege operating.
If he can only have one, siege operating.
He use a spear.  Steel, of course, once available.
If you have any carp leather, try to get him to wear armor made outta that.

i think that no skill raises a specific stat, at least thats what i have observed in adventure mode. sometimes swimming has increased my agility and other times it has increased my toughness.

Not strength? Uh oh. Anyway, I'm trying to get a macedwarf that can punt enemies off of platforms and ships (will there be battles over an abyss? It seems like a good idea), swim, and wear cool fish leather armor.

it could increase strength. the point i was trying to make was no skill increases one specific stat. also, is it too late to ask for a tough dwarf? i want to be able to take an arrow to the face and survive  .
