Find a village with cows and you can probably get one for ~15-20 wooden bowls, depending on their size.

An easily remedied complaint though.

Code: [Select]
.Weave Nettle Cord. "Cord" *COMMON* /10/ [patch:10]
{Nettle} (2) [remove] [patchwise] [name:cord]
{Knife}

Save the above code in a .txt file as "diy_cord.txt" and place it in your URW folder. The next time you load up the game you should be able to make cords out of nettle.

If necessary I could add a method of making cords out of birchbark. The problem is that the game can't really differentiate between birchbark and other bark, so you'd be able to make cords out of any bark.

I've never seen nettle though, where does it grow?

You can find nettle in practically any non-forest (groves excluded), non-watery tiles on the map. The harvest period is between June and August, so it's a fairly short period of time. Fortunately it tends to grow in huge clusters and is fairly common; you'll usually come across it half the time you zoom in on an appropriate map tile.

Well I bought the game, but I clicked the wrong button.  So I didn't get it immediately, and now I've waited 2 days for the game creator to send me the activation, how often does she really get on?  Would I be better to just say screw it and buy the game twice..?

Might be busy with the holidays / away from the internets.  You could play the demo version for now.  It has full features, just limited days or something, last I remember anyways.  (I bought lifetime a year or so ago, so don't remember.)

Whenever I buy a registration the pay site gives me a link to download it practically instantly.
Check your email, there should also be an email with the download link.

The demo has all the features of the game, but will kill you after 10 days pass.

I'd suggest just pirating it while you wait.

Building something on it and then deconstructing it should remove it. I *think* digging a pit and filling it in will accomplish the same.
