16th Hematite, 205, Early-Summer:

We drove them off, we did it.  We went to our capacity I'm afraid however.

We're going to need a longer tunnel, luckly we have all of the summer to do it.

Try sending your entire military in for an arena fight with the captured orcs.

Oh, I don't think my military is up to snuff against,

5 goblin spearman
9 goblin wrestlers
11 goblin maceman
1 goblin mace lord
1 goblin elite bowman
1 goblin master thief
8 goblin thiefs
-------------------------------------
1 orc hammer lord
7 orc spearman
8 orc crossbowman
1 orc elite crossbowman
27 orc wrestlers
2 orc axe lords
11 orc swordsman
2 orc mace lords
2 orc bowman
5 orc lashers
and....
1 master lasher (that sounds cool, MASTER LASHER)

TOTAL: 103

Excluding goblins that would be, 67 orcs.

My military consists of 6 guys.

I'm not dieing that way, let the goblins fight the orcs.  It's almost done by the way.  I'm done updating today.

Edit:  I like this orc mod alot by-the-way, I'm getting sieged every season!

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

17th Hematite, 205, Early-Summer:

We were just about to deconstruct our Depot when humans arrived!

They got some guts, not helping us the previous years makes me suspect they thought we wouldn't survive.

This won't take too long, I'll tell the trader to try to be nice to them.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

18th Hematite, 205, Early-Summer:

The Captain of the Guard was elected Mayor, which is good and bad.

It's good because LegoLord is insane and we're are not making his "swimming pool"

It's bad because the MANIAC axed me in the freakin arm!!

The humans didn't bring much. 2 wagons.

We have plenty of orc and goblin stuff to sell however.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

23rd Hematite, 205, Early-Summer:

We're done trading I heard, I saw one of them, I don't remember the last time I saw a human.

Our trader talked with thier represenative, and yes they didn't come because of the dangerous terrain we live in.  They figured now that we lived so long that were are doing good.

We requested bolts, wood, drinks, barrels, iron bars, and whatever else I forgot.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

6th Malachite, 205, Mid-Summer:

I liked the other Mayor better..

We don't have any iron or flux, I think we bought one bar of pig iron from the humans, but still.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

13th Malachite, 205, Mid-Summer:

Remember the old Mayor's baby that was going to die?  Well, it grew to a child and is now feeding himself.

I can't wait to see them both as adults.

Also, we are working on a drawbridge so we don't get overwelmed in the future.  Making it safer for the fisherdwarves too.

Their names are Blue Bell, Blabberwort, and Burly.  They're listening to Night Fever in that scene, let me find a youtube video.....

Here we go!

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

21st Malachite, 205, Mid-Summer:

The humans left, they better of kept their word with coming back.

Now that they're gone, we can begin construction on the draw bridge which can hold back a million orcs!  If it had to.
These cage traps are good, but we're killing alot of trees and soon we will be overwelmed.

Wow, that sounded elfish, I meant that they could be used in a better way.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

27th Malachite, 205, Mid-Summer:

How did this happen!

A thief somehow stole our precious socks!! Murder him!! His family tooO!!!!

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

10th Galena, 205, Late-Summer:

The drawbridge is finished.

We had a bunch of silver bars so we made it out of silver. :D

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

13th Limestone, 205, Early-Autumn:

The cavarns have come.

They didn't bring any wagons however.  They said our Fortress was impossible to get to...  How did they know we made a drawbridge! *sigh* I guess we'll learn to leave the drawbridge down unless otherwise noted.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

17th Limestone, 205, Early-Autumn:

Wow, we bought their whole supply.  We have alot of food and drink now, we should start constuction on a Kitchen.
We're starting to live a good life.  I'm not sure if that is good or bad.

My arm is almost fully healed, I can't wait!

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

19th Limestone, 205, Early-Autumn:

I knew this would happen.

The 6 hammerdwarves should take them out nicely.

1 goblin wrestler
3 goblin axeman

What a joke.

They were slaughtered shortly afterward.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

21st Limestone, 205, Early-Autumn:

Another ambush, nothing the guards can't handle.

4 Wrestlers this time.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

13th Sandstone, 205, Mid-Autumn:

The dwarves finally left.

Now to raise the drawbridge 'till spring.  I wonder what is going to happen to the goblins..

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

20th Timber, 205, Late-Autumn:

We have finished the water tub of death.

Now just to fill it and watch this arena fight!

The cages are all rigged to open too.

The fight is as balanced as I can get it.  Most of the goblins are thiefs however.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

6th Moonstone, 205, Early-Winter:

My arm is fully healed the doctor said.

I've been tasked to mine out the arena subfloor.  I'm so happy now!!!!!

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

17th Moonstone, 205, Early-Winter:

Getting water up here via screw pumps is hard work, we're still working on it.

I'm suspecting a siege, but we're more then ready unless they bring something we havn't seen yet.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

5th Opal, 205, Mid-Winter:

Working on the arena still.  Carpenter had a boy.

His name is Olon Gilttemple.
