"Strange, how could my infinitly sharp blade get sharper?"

Strife takes the knife and tosses it up and down a couple of times.

"Balance seems to be unchanged. Good. So, who wants to top it?"

Inaluct pours into the cup the hopes and dreams of the common man, oppressed by the world for thousands of millenia; the soul of humanity, it's fundamental desire and hunger for freedom, and it's overwhelming compassion in the face of hate.

Inaluct puts away his thesaurus.

Thanasis throws a cup he had on his body into the other cup.
"Alas, if I am to win I must recieve a vacation from my duty to the Cosmos. That requires a bit of help from everybody, knowing your habits."
He glares at the rest of them, and watches the effect of the cup in the other cup.

the cup glows with white hot intensity. the very fabric of space and time around the cup gets warped. suddenly the cries of a thousand destroyed souls sound from within the cup. then a massive jet of flames shoots out from the cup destroying all in its path. finally all is silent and the cup lacks any special features once again.

Procuring a bottle from inside his robe, the man throws it in the cup. The Lady flickers, and a blank piece of paper appears. A strange rune appears on it, and it flies into the cup as well.

Flint grabs his helmet and takes it off revealing the blackness that is his entire body...And crams it into the cup.

the bottle of the man comes out of the cup, at first not doing anything but after a bit it emits a strange yellow glow. the bottle then spewed forth a fountain of gold coins into the mans robe.

the runed paper dissapears in a mist.
the mist then materializes into a humanoid form.

"Hello my new master! i am a spirit, that can grant any wish of your choosing! any wish at all! just name your pick!"

flints helmet, simply cracks a bit, with no spectacular effects at all.

dragooble smiles. "quite an interesting game so far."

The man reaches out for the coins and opens his mouth to talk to the spirit, but before he can say his wish the Lady waves a hand and both the spirit and the gold dissolve into mist, which is sucked into the Lady's form.
"What a frivolous waste of magic"
Her tone is just as expressionless as ever, but you think you can detect a faint note of distaste. The man has no such qualms, and is staring daggers at the woman. In a deceptively calm voice, he speaks
"Stuff the rules. Name's Damien, and I am NOT her vassal. More like her slave, but as soon as I get what was promised of me I'm leaving, obligations or no obligations"

dragooble stares at the lady.
"you do realize you could have wished for something that wasn't a frivolous waste of magic?"

"I was not going to wish for anything. But Damien was, and I would rather keep him a while longer, as long as he remains useful"
