[40d] Tops of Walls =/= Pathable for Wagons

After much frustration with what should've been a perfectly pathable wagon route involving a ramp, I discovered that the tops of some wall tiles one floor below were not working as floor tiles for the purposes of wagon access. This ought to classify as a bug.

Is it all the wall tops not counting? or just random walls doing it?

if its random, check the walls that dont work, to see if there all the same type (just for science)

i'm using 4 retractable bridges full length with pillars between each section that are using the top of the lower z level walls as the floor. and the wagons are going across them without any problems

Does the wagon access change if you construct floors on top of the walls?  If not, maybe it's a ramp problem.
