You might want to try to play the game by yourself a bit, follow the tutorials, see if you will enjoy it. Unless of course your sole reason to play it is to hang out with DF people, in this case you could /tell one of us if you need help.

Yeah, I'm just comin' to be with the group, pretty much.. So far I'm having some hellish troubles getting up there, though. And I didn't see anything about any tutorial... A few tip-like things, but then just "You'll figure out more as you go along."

But yeah, I could use some help. Name's Hesitris, on the Home realm.

They're still some good read so you can get the feeling of how you do stuff on Wurm.

We're mostly nice, but some times someone has a childish outburst and calls people names, but that's sorta rare. =p

I (Arden) would like to build my house, but I'm not sure if I'm building in the right place.  I flattened some land south of the token.  It's about three spaces west of the 3x3 town buildings (in other words, across what appears to be a planned 3 tile wide north-south road).  Someone please check the building plan and tell me if it's in the wrong place.
