Back on topic, I recently found a spirit cloth sickle of coldness. Along with decapitating my opponents every once in awhile it also turns them into ice sculptures (not literally).

Spoiler, kind of.

Anyone know how to defeat Zerome the false Prophet? Every time I get him down to low health he heals to half life. I've tried spamming rod of silence, and giving my bell pet grenade to try and inflict confusion. Nothing is working.

Make more bell pets, look for uber artifacts and grind training.

I have 3 bells and a quickling, all with marksman, tactics and eye of mind. What sort of artifact properties would help stop him from healing or are you just supposed to up your damage so much that he doesnt get a chance.

Personally that's what I do with any bosses that I lose to. Course playing as a fairy (I always play as fairies) I never really do get hit in the second round, especially when I projectile spam.

My strategy is usually "let my bells kill everything", but they can't finish him before he casts heal on himself.

Well one thing that may work is Zeo's normal resistance to magic, spells such as magic dart, crystal spear and magic storm are the only types of these spells that come to mind.

If you're lucky you may find a weapon that can deal in magic damage or you could always go for making Zeo confused, stunned, sleeping, dimmed, blind and mute, those aliments are always a real big disadvantage to any creature.

Thanks for the ideas. I'll have to go artifact hunting and see if I can get more status inflicting stuff.

Oh yeah. That's fun times. What's bad is that an NPC can use it should a hostile appear where you found it, turning it from an amusing joke weapon into a gamebreaking super-roadblock!
