Nuke!

If you are using any version later than 1.13, you can use a console command to reset Palmia.

Otherwise, you need to nuke it.

I think it's a vastly amusing thought that elephants are so afraid of heights that when Dwarves invented the Z-axis, they couldn't bear to face dwarves in combat anymore.

Nah it's cool, it wasn't anything a wand of Fire wall couldn't fix.  ;D

Nuke. NUKE. NUKE...

WorkerDrone pulls down his sunglasses, walking away from the ravaged city of Palmia, where dozens of the Bubble menace roar in triumph. Grinning, he flips open the detonator, and thumbs down the red button...

Boooooooooooooooooooosh!

I needed to clear the city anyway. Don't worry. I'm sure SOME of them are still alive.

Maybe.

No. Their probably dead.

The issue however is the massive massive Karma Loss

Though I guess it isn't SOO bad if you just make sure you drop all your stuff back at your home and then suicide against guards until your Karma is normal again. (Yes apperantly dying at the hands of guards is a good action)

Who said anything about dieing?

Are you kidding? I haven't even started rampaging across the countryside with my squad of insanely powerful minions, slaughtering men and children with reckless abandon. Though I think I'll abstain from the slave trade and the raping of women. I'm a gentleman damn it...

A blood thirsty, ruthless, maniac gentleman.

It was an inspirational thing you did. Truly.

It had to be done! Honest. If I hadn't swept an entire capital and all its inhabitants in a nuclear firestorm, well, it would just be unpatriotic.

Whoa, whoa, wait a minute.  Palmia has a substantial dollar value attached to it.

I just couldn't carry the damn bomb, being a scrawny wizard and what not.

Also does anyone know why my attributes are degrading even though I've got no cursed items?

Nope, no mutations. I haven't even been caught in the etherwind yet.

By the plot of the game, you start out with ether disease.  You'll always suffer from it, the wind just makes it worse.  Your ship got hit HARD.

Should have clarified, I don't have a single ether mutation or any other negative mutation.

You will eventually, even if you are never exposed in Etherwind or got bitten by Ether-disease-causing monsters.

It's like background radiation from a nuclear war in the past.

The Etherwind only represents an increase in radiation levels. The radiation is always constant anyhow. (though only you, for being in the etherwind for so long are particularly diseased)
