Good point. Changed Censorship to be a Social: Reaction trait. I'm sure that Academic: Reaction must have some benieft, but I'm not sure what, at the moment. Presumably, the mad scientists have more effective bunkers in case their mad experiments backfire badly.

It looks like to me as Academic: Scouting with Academic: Stealth.

Let's think about it. The whole point of Reaction is to nullify the sphere's Action. So it would be about nullifying the enemy's invention danger. So researching nuclear physics would be propably Action. Researching how to protect from the enemy's bombs - Reaction.

I really hope so.  I'm eager to write pointless fluff on my awesome '50s jungle Nazis.

I had a forum game like this in mind a while ago.  I hope it's not dying for lack of player interest.  Believe me, five-ish players is plenty.

Huh? Oh, I'm busy doing homework (same problems as Iiteum really). Er...I'll need to just randomly generate the Economic value of each province, and then I'll say Go! and let you type your fluff and Actions. Afterwards, I'll then start the GMing.
