Yeah, but all combinations of 3 have a 1 in 216 chance.
4, 6, 2 has a 1 in 216 chance, for example.

Edit: Also, since he's rolling more than 3 rolls, it has a more than 1 in 216 chance. It's only 1 in 216 chance if he only rolls 3 rolls.

It should equal 180/216 + 30/216 + 5/216, which is equal to 215/216 because any other combination of rolls would not have given all three 1s (because 1/6 * 1/6 * 1/6 = 1 1 1, and it's only possible in 1 out of the 6 sides).
