No.  There's actually no other planets in the whole entire universe.  That's why he said there ARE others...because he's a miserable lying snake, and the whole game is created specifically to be boring.  There's jump points that don't go anywhere.  They lead to the empty, blackness of space.  Just to mess with you.

dude, i asked if he has been to a planet.....not every game is perfect or comeplete, you dont think i looked for a planet? i play dwarf fortress so the graphics arent confusing me so what is? the game.

YES THERE ARE OTHER PLANETS OUT THERE, INHABITED WITH PEOPLE AND SUCH. SADLY, ASTEROIDS AREN'T INHABITED BY DWARVES.

hmm mudserv sounds like a fun project for an IT student with lots of time to spare.

Actually havent tested it yet, but this may appeal to some of us.
