I propose to let Greengrus occur.

What the hell is Greengrus?  Nader's apocalyptic comeback party?

I propose Armok makes everyone an *Internets* as an apology for leaving us.

I vote yea on Asheron's Greengrus suggestion, yea on Dwarfaholic's always-proposal proposal and abstain from the others.

I furthermore propose that I lose.

I propose Jreengus be postponed, but that Greengus occur.

I vote neigh on Armok's post, because I have only a vague grasp of what Tacticus is AND THEREFOR I AM QUALIFIED TO MAKE DECISIONS RELATED TO IT

As voting for my Voting Reform proposal ended on November 03, 2008, 06:46:48 PM, I have found that only one person voted Yes and zero people voted no.

As you can see, Mr. Cthulu said on November 02, 2008, 06:49:03 PM:
Quote
I strongly resist Servant Corps' proposal, and make a counter-proposal.

Now, Strongly Resist is NOT AGAINST. As you can see later on, on Today at 07:41:50 AM
Quote from: Cthulu
I vote NONONONONO on Armok's BIGSTOOPID proposal, and NO on Dwarfaholic's proposal, because he voted no for the Captain Goatse proposal.

I vote YES on everything else.

Since he has voted Yes on my proposal, the Proposal has passed. Reposting the Proposal for future reference:
Quote
3. Voting Rules:
(a)A proposal is considered at vote as soon as it is posted on the board. The proposal will remain at vote until 24 hours as past.
(b)Valid votes for a proposal is, For, Against, and Abstain.
(c)For a proposal to be adopted, it must receive 50%+1 vote For the Proposal.
(d)The moderator must abstain from voting at all times, in order to avoid conflicts of interests.

I propose that this previous Proposal be declared 'retroactive' for all proposals that was proposed since the begining of this game. This way, we can ensure that duro gets renamed to Mr. Capitan as soon as possible.

No, A counter-proposal implies disagreement inherently, therefore your proposal has not passed! :P

I announce my belief that the people have shown they want Duro to be Captain Goatse, and declare that if this movement is seconded, the vote passes.

Not really. A counter-proposal indicates disagreement, but it does not mean that the person is AGAINST the proposal. Cthulhu may have desired a seperate course of action, but have choosen to support my proposal because his belief that it would be better to accept my proposal and adpat it for the good of the game. He may have preferred his very own proposal, but he saw that my proposal is also good for society and therefore accepted it.

Since my proposal is valid, I'd would hereby begin calcuating what Proposals has been passed/fail after the offical adoption of my Proposal on November 3rd, 2008  11:43:55 PM. I'll also calcuate what proposals would have passed/fail before the adoption of my Proposal...but that these proposals would be declared inactive except if:

Ignore my earlier proposal, it was a joke. Here's the real one.

Proposition #(To be edited when I figure out how many there are)
It will be the moderators job to create a list of active players. This list will be used to track the number of points each player has accrued. You gain points by proposing propositions and having them pass. A winner will only be declared when a player has achieved a certain number of points, the amount to be decided in a later proposal. Alternate uses for points may be decided in future proposals.

Vote Yes on Proposition #(blank)
