"This is a Adamantine Greaves". right. two problems here, first of all it's always "a" even though with a vowel it should be "an"; second, it's singular even though greaves is a plural noun.

it's interesting that greaves are kept as one piece, but gauntlets and boots are separate.  I guess it's because greaves are worn on the lower body, not the legs.

I have to admit I find that kind of thing slightly annoying myself. Adding an ADJ tag and the words 'pair of' to the relevant items in the raw files should fix it though, giving you, "This is a pair of greaves/trousers/whatever."
