No Dwarf Civs Seed?

Someone mentioned to me that there was a seed that made no dwarf civs. Does this seed exist?
If so, Could someone post it here?

I'd give you the one I got but my game's been modded so the seed won't produce the same results. Start a game with maximum elevation lowered from 400 so you don't get high mountains being formed. I'm not sure if it's big mountains or just any old mountains that let you have mountain civs (certainly you need big mountains for mountain peaks, I know that much, but that doesn't help you), so try with max elevation set to 300 or 350...I think.

It doesn't do all that much, though; assuming dwarves are the only playable civ it just means that you don't get Dwarf Fortress mode as an option when starting a new game (you'll only have the option of Adventurer mode or Legends)
