Dark, you'd better be by the Troll's Bane workshop depot when I'm on.  That's the main reason I'm coming on, to give you the 250 bags of flour I made for you.

Also, since you're such a rich dwarf now, how's about giving me a few coins to cover the cost of the cow?

Ah, wonderful.  Nice to see he didn't forget to pay me back for that cow.

You see, when the golem attacked, Logrin had to stash his money in a chest (not a depot), and then run outside.  Some time later, when I was around, he needed a cow (his first one ever.  I ran him through the basics of their stupidity).  He went to get the cash for it, and found that while he was away someone had pilfered the chest.  He was completely broke.

So, I lent him the money he needed to rent a cow.  And so, Dame Milkthistle the cow set off on her grand journey with Logrin Parr.

Edit: Whee, 250 bags of flour created 31 bread and 2 bread rolls. Whats the difference? Bread uses 4 bags of flour and bread rolls use 1 bag of flour. Failure to make bread is about 50% while failure to make bread rolls is about 10%.

Bread is cooler than bread rolls though!

Well, THAT is kind of annoying,  they RP something, and wander past so I can't react.  Granted I don't know how I can say "I heard that" without seeming like I'm metagaming somehow.

And I'm still wandering, I'm at a crossroads north of Troll's bane, leading to Silverband and someplace with a V in the name, just closed the client down.  Because for the life of me I can't figure out how to cook anything besides ham, taking Rabbit meat, or Lamb legs to the ovens in the taverns says you need ham.

Maybe, I should make a dwarven priest... hmmm.

What guilds?  I haven't heard of any guilds, unless you're talking about that Grey Rose place up north.

And as for the ovens.  Smoke ovens can only be used for roasting ham.  Nothing else.  There's another oven close to the East gate, and that's used for baking.  All other cooking is done on a campfire, and to do it you need a spoon (at least.  It's not really my field, so I don't know).
